Dear Recruiting Agent,
I would first like to thank you for taking the time to read this letter.
As you know, aviation is a very competitive industry.
I understand and respect the fact that you have the responsibility to find and recruit the best possible crew candidates. Well, I share the same thoughts as you do on this matter. I respect the fact that you have a deadline to deal with and deliver the best for the least amount of money.
I come with over 17 years experience in the aviation industry as well as experience in the start up organisation infrastructure, I am a resourceful person.
My background extends from customer service at the Montreal International Airport, to Flight Attendant, to Pilot, and Training Pilot on Simulator and on different types of aircrafts, as well as being Chief pilot by Interim.
I hold a valid Category 1 Medical, both FAA and Canadian, I also have a valid Canadian Airline Transport License with SAAB 340, DASH-8, BEECH 1900 and EMB-110 endorsements well as an FAA Part 121 written exam for the US Airline Transport License.
If it is guest service and safety you have in mind, well I am the person you are looking for.
I am a resourceful, professional person with near 7000 hours of flight experience on different types of turbo prop aircrafts now working out of Khartoum Sudan for the United Nations as Captain on DASH-8-314/EFIS (19 500Kg), as well as 1400 hours on SAAB 340A as TRI and SIM Check Captain. My main goal when it comes to guest service is safety, safety and safety but with a smile and discretion.
My aviation background would be an asset to any who would want me on there TEAM.
You need not worry about your in-flight guests coming back to you several months down the line with negative comments about my work. I can speak 3 languages and am learning Arabic. I am a professional.
Taking into consideration my level of experience and what I am able to offer such as the understanding and abilities of; Flight Operations, Training, Ground handling, In-flight safety and service, Spokes person, and especially Peace of mind knowing that you found the right person for the job after you have completed the recruitment process.
I am fully aware of the investment cost of flight crew training and are willing to sign a training bond contract to guarantee my undeniable interest and faithfulness as a valued member of the Flight Crew Team.
I am convinced and so should you be Dear Agent, that I am the best person for this position, for my experience, my abilities to solve problems and find solutions in many different facets of this wonderful aviation business world we live in?
I look forward to hearing or reading from you soon.
Kind and best regards,
Sébastien Houle
