The Position: Accountable for the operation and line Management of all Baggage Services activities at Dubai International Airport, currently covering 10 Operational Units/Services, 1 Baggage Control Centre, and 1 Remote Call Centre. Ensure that best practice processes are implemented and the departmental contractual obligations, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality/safety objectives, and Local Airport Authority standards are met whilst controlling capital, income and expense budgets.
