The Position:
To support our rapid fleet expansion, we have an urgent requirement to recruit additional Flight Crew Technical Instructors to join our team. You will contribute significantly to our instructional design process, thereby enabling Flight Operations training to maximise the benefit of competency based Pilot Training. In addition, you will be responsible for conducting Transition and Recurrent training on the world’s most modern and exciting aircraft, the Boeing 777 and Airbus 310/330/340/380 family.
Salary & Benefits:
We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund. It has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1=Dh3.66. Experience and Qualifications:
• Hold or have held an ATPL or CPL
• Operational aviation (flight crew) experience in a multi-crew aircraft
• Minimum 3 years previous Instructional experience as a Flight Crew Technical Instructor or Synthetic Flight Instructor
• Have previously conducted flight crew training in a simulator environment
• Proficiency in word processing, presentation and course creation packages
• Proven ability to deliver briefings/lectures, to groups of Pilots using modern training aids
