Flights to and from Frankfurt most severely affected Lufthansa is also having to cancel flights this morning due to threatened strike action by public service workers at many German airports. Lufthansa regrets the travel restrictions arising from the strike action and will do everything within its power to keep inconvenience to its passengers to a minimum.

In view of the expected industrial action by airport workers, a total of 142 flight legs will be cancelled as a precautionary measure. Domestic flights will be worst affected. Lufthansa’s long-haul flights tomorrow morning will be operated as scheduled.

Lufthansa passengers can obtain more detailed information about all flight cancellations on our website at www.lufthansa.com as well as via the Lufthansa Call Center, which can be reached on this number: 01 80-LUFTHANSA (01805-8384267).

Passengers who were planning to take a domestic flight in Germany tomorrow morning are requested to use the Deutsche Bahn rail network. Passengers travelling on an electronic (etix) ticket are requested to go to a Lufthansa counter and have their ticket exchanged for a travel voucher
